INGREDIENTS:

potatoes
cod
flour
tomatoes
garlic
paprika
parsley
saffron
olive oil
salt
pepper

PREPARATION:

wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. chop the tomatoes heat a little olive oil in a casserole and add the potatoes cod and tomatoes. stir well and add a tablespoon of paprika. cover with boiling water and cook in oven for 30 minutes
