Kisir

INGREDIENTS:

Bulgur wheat                                                    Parsley
Onion                                                               Fresh Mint
Green Pepper                                                   Lemon             
Tomato                                                            Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper                                                Pepper Paste (Harissa)

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl pour a small amount of boiling water onto the bulgur and allow to sit covered for several minutes. Sauté the onion, green pepper, and pepper paste until cooked through. Combine with bulgur, chopped tomatoes, herbs, lemon juice and lots of good quality olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
