Solomillo Al Queso Azul
Marinated Sirloin tips with Valdeon Blue Cheese sauce

INGREDIENTS:

sirloin tips or steak
queso azul de valdeon cheese
cream
cider
olive oil
salt

PREPARATION:

heat the cheese, the cream and a dash of cider in a saucepan, stirring all the time until smooth. smear the meat in oil and fry in a dry frying pan or in a hot griddle until brown on all sides. once cooked place on serving dish and pour cheese sauce over top.
